Pelatihan Penanganan Perdarahan Pasca Salin Menggunakan Virtual Reality di Puskesmas Pembantu Batubulan II

Abstract
Perdarahan pasca salin (PPS) merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian ibu di Indonesia. Penguatan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan di layanan primer sangat penting untuk menurunkan angka kematian tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tenaga kesehatan di sebuah puskesmas pembantu melalui pelatihan penanganan PPS menggunakan simulator berbasis virtual reality (VR). Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2025 dan diikuti oleh empat tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Pembantu Batubulan II, Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner sesudah pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor Training Evaluation Inventory (TEI), sebagian peserta tidak mengalami VR Sickness dan beban kognitif yang tinggi. Penggunaan VR dinilai sangat membantu dalam memahami penanganan kasus secara praktis. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi VR dapat menjadi alat pelatihan yang efektif dan aplikatif dalam peningkatan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan di layanan primer.
